Spatially resolved measurement of plasmon dispersion using Fourier-plane spectral imaging

摘要: We show that Fourier-plane imaging in conjunction with the Kretschmann–Raether configuration can be used for measuring polariton dispersion spatial discrimination of sample, over whole visible spectral range. demonstrate functionality our design on several architectures, including plasmonic waveguides, and new enables measurement curves spatially inhomogeneous structures features as small 3 μm, a single shot.
