摘要: Cobalt ferrite has gained great scientific interest because of its unique properties and exceptionally promising applications. A large number synthetic methods, such as sol–gel auto-combustion method, co-precipitation ball milling microemulsion polyol etc. have been used for synthesis. Synthetic methodologies heat treatment given to the sample strongly influence particle size synthesized ferrite, which in turn determines properties. In addition, cobalt can be altered by different chemical modifications substituting one or more ions from lattice with some other metal ion, modifying reaction conditions, compositing inorganic matrices The most prominent on ferrites is exerted variation cation distribution. Among all factors major distribution laid doping. Guest according their site preference occupy sites, thereby, changing structural, magnetic, electrical catalytic ferrite. this review, we summarize significant developments involving synthesis This review also highlights advances applications fields catalysis, biomedicine sensors.
