摘要: In his Philosophical Investigations, Ludwig Wittgenstein declared: ‘We must do away with all explanation, and description alone take its place.’ Michel Foucault in turn repeatedly referred to method of study as description, arguing that the role philosophy is not reveal what hidden, but rather make us see seen. This essay suggests why a mode legal writing might be productive move at this time.
