摘要: The results of fundamental and applied studies blood-brain barrier had been conducted by authors during the last 10 years are summarized in publication. molecular anatomy microvessels, as well promising markers BBB other proteins involved functions discussed. Via vitro experiments with endothelial cells cerebral microvessels we characterized basic conditions required for adequate modeling. vivo data permeability macromolecules normal different pathological processis including radiation injury, hyperosmotic shock, nervous tissue ischemia properly described. A particular attention was focused upon experimental functional reorganization endothelium tumor neoangiogenesis. We detected a dramatically increased neoplastic both horseradish peroxidase/serum albumin labeled monoclonal antibodies. IgG overexpression target antigens peritumoral zone make possible targeted delivery diagnostics therapeutic agents into means
