摘要: Abstract Croomia is a small monocotyledonous genus with eastern Asian–eastern North American floristic disjunction. The species are endangered and in urgent need of conservation. In this study, we report the development characterization 11 polymorphic compound microsatellite markers from japonica. Moreover, transferability polymorphism these primers was tested across heterosepala pauciflora. All them were transferable species. number alleles per locus ranged 2 to 14 (mean: 7.7), 20 7.3) 16 8.2), while observed (and expected) heterozygosities 0.053 1.000 (0.053–0.918), 0.000 (0.656–0.945) 0.190 0.905 (0.251–0.937) populations C. japonica, pauciflora, respectively. Most loci deviated significantly HWE expectations. Significant heterozygosity deficiency found but no bottleneck detected Croomia. These will be useful tool study genetic diversity population structure, evolution for establishment effective conservation strategies.
