摘要: Abstract Objective Spain is a country where bladder cancer incidence and mortality rates are some of the highest in world. The aim this study to know incidence, trends geographical distribution health area Leon. Material methods new cases (CIE-188) patients residing Leon registered Hospital Tumor Registry Centro Asistencial Universitario (Spain) between 1996 2010 were included study. Triennial crude adjusted worldwide European population calculated. Population data municipalities obtained from National Institute Statistic (INE, Instituto Nacional de Estadistica). Data disaggregated by sex-groups five-year age groups. Spatial smoothed municipal relative risks (RR) was carried out using Besag, York Mollie model. Bayesian model used calculate posterior probability (PP) RR > 1. Results 1573 included. Incidence standardized increased among men 20.8/100,000 (1996–98) 33.1/100,000 (2006–2008) women these 1.9/100,000 5.9/100,000 for same period time. No relevant differences found incidences. Conclusions Bladder high context. Rising both sexes, particularly observed.
