摘要: Abstract Single crystals of KTi 1 − x Zr AsO 5 optical quality, isomorphous with KTP, were grown using the high-temperature self-flux technique. X-ray diffraction studies showed changes in structure for 0 ≤ 0.4 increase from orthorhombic ( = 0) to a presumed rhombohedral R3m ≥ 0.4).
