摘要: Three generations of a swine family produced by crossing Japanese wild boar and three Large White female pigs were used to map QTL for various production traits. Here we report the results analyses skeletal muscle fiber composition meat quality traits based on phenotypic data 353 F 2 animals genotypic 225 markers covering almost entire pig genome all as well their 1 parents 0 grandparents. The scan using least squares regression interval mapping provided evidence that (<1% genome-wise error rate) affected proportion number type IIA fibers SSC2, IIB SSC14, relative area (RA) I SSCX, RA SSC6, SSC6 Minolta a* values loin SSC4 b* value SSC15, hematin content LM SSC6. Quantitative trait loci (<5% found SSC1, SSC3, pH i.m. fat SSC15. Twenty-four detected 11 at 5% level. Some associated with each other, so 24 located genomic regions. In five allele had effect increasing types decreasing fibers. These effects are expected improve quality.
