摘要: Abstract The goals of this article are to suggest a basic wiring diagram for the motor neural network that controls motivated behavior, and provide model organization cerebral hemisphere inputs network. Cerebral projections mediate voluntary regulation behavior control column in ventromedial upper brainstem includes (from rostral caudal) medial preoptic, anterior hypothalamic, descending paraventricular, ventromedial, premammillary nuclei, mammillary body, finally substantia nigra ventral tegmental area. segment is involved controlling ingestive (eating drinking) social (defensive reproductive) behaviors, whereas caudal general exploratory or foraging behaviors (with locomotor orienting components) required obtaining any particular goal object. Virtually all parts hemispheres contribute triple projection — with cortical excitatory, striatal inhibitory, pallidal disinhibitory components specific column. functional dynamics circuitry remain be established.
