摘要: Members of the interleukin-1 (IL-1) family cytokines are key mediators in regulation host defence responses and development inflammation response to acute chronic injury brain. Two major agonists, IL-1alpha IL-1beta, bind a membrane receptor complex composed type-1 IL-1 (IL-1RI) accessory protein (IL-1RAcP). The discovery new orphan members superfamily (including ST2/T1, IL-1Rrp2, TIGIRR1 -2, SIGGIR, IL-18Ralpha IL-18Rbeta) has increased speculation that alternative ligands signalling pathways exist We demonstrate here all IL-1R-like receptors expressed by many brain cell types including astrocytes, microglia, oligodendrocytic progenitor cells neurons. IL-18Rbeta expression was significantly treatment mixed glia with bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) vitro, whereas IL-1Rrp2 reduced. Furthermore, IL-18Rbeta, but not expression, vivo peripheral administration LPS or middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCA). These results suggest possible roles for newly identified CNS diseases.
