摘要: The main goal of the study was to assess pattern risk factors having an impact on onset early wheezing phenotypes in birth cohort 468 two-year-olds. A secondary objective investigate a possible association between persistent and infant's length at birth. Approximately one third children sample experienced first two years life, about cases (67%), symptom developed within year life. easily reversible 70% affected infants, receded second adjusted relative ratio (RRR) increased with maternal atopy (RRR = 3.13; 95% CI: 1.35-7.27), house dampness 3.94; 1.26-12.3), parity 2.56; 1.51-4.32) prenatal ETS exposure 1.13; 1.05-1.22), but inversely associated 0.87; 0.76-0.99). data support hypothesis that childhood possibly later life may already be programmed postnatal period when respiratory system is completing its growth maturation.
