摘要: Abstract Cancer being the second most leading reason of death in world, has been a challenge to chemists around world order develop pertinent drugs which could pin down its rampant growth by overcoming demerits current clinically approved for cancer therapy. Although mononuclear complexes successfully entered clinical trials due their promising results therapy, selectivity towards cells still remains quite challenge. This major demerit can be conquered use multinuclear are selectively up taken tumour body. So, this review, we shall discuss various ruthenium, platinum, iridium and rhodium-based homo anticancer application mainly based on cytotoxicity results.
