摘要: Abstract A large-area, multi-module, CCD-based detector without intensification stages is being developed by our group for X-ray diffraction applications. Each module consists of a fiberoptic taper with phosphor deposited on the large end and large-format, scientific CCD bonded to small end. single has been constructed evaluate performance this type detector. This an active area 43 × mm2, point response function FWHM = 80 μm, dynamic range > 20 000:1, high DQE. Using four parallel readout circuits, can be read out in 1.8 s. Crystallographic data collected using rotating-anode source demonstrate capability
