摘要: Following damage to the motor system (e.g., after stroke or spinal cord injury), recovery of upper limb function exploits multiple pathways which allow commands be sent cord. Corticospinal fibers originate from premotor as well primary cortex. While some corticospinal make direct monosynaptic connections motoneurons, there are also many interneurons control motoneurons indirectly. Such may placed within cervical enlargement, more rostrally (propriospinal interneurons). In addition, cortex reticular formation in brainstem over reticulospinal tract these centers. this review, we consider relative roles different routes for hand function, both healthy primates and lesion.
