摘要: Abstract The detection of more than 1 antigen within a single tissue specimen is sometimes required in immunohistochemical staining. Several methods have been described as how to achieve this. In this experiment, sequential doublestaining was performed, using enhanced polymer technology. use the Envision technology combines less complicated protocol with high sensitivity and low background signal. Staining performed on neutral buffered, formalin fixed, paraffin embedded human tissues spleen, lymph node, follicle center cell lymphoma, plasmacell infiltrate jaw cyst antibodies against CD20, CD43, kappa light chains, lambda chains. Two vizualization systems were used, based horseradish peroxidase-DAB alkaline phosphatase-Fast Red. patterns, color distribution, practical approach are article.
