摘要: Team co-location is a hallmark of Agile software development that advocates face-to-face interaction and close collaboration among team members. Distributed teams, however, use methods despite the separation members through space, time culture. Little known about how distributed teams for development. A Grounded Theory research study involved 55 participants from 38 different companies in USA, India, Australia was carried out to investigate key concern This thesis proposes “The One Team” which explains adopts explicit strategies bridging spatial, temporal, socio-cultural distances, while facing critical impact factors, order become one team. primarily describes resolves becoming also provides with techniques building trust another. In addition, this serves inform senior managers importance supporting
