Interaction potentials for the halide ion-rare gas systems

摘要: Abstract The halide ion-rare gas interaction potentials are determined directly from gaseous ion transport data. tested by calculating the coefficients them and then comparing calculated values with available Similar tests made of other that have been proposed for these systems. These indicate present most accurate ones presently at intermediate large separations. In favorable cases, expected to be within 10% over wide ranges ion-atom separation.
