摘要: Vertically aligned multiwall carbon nanotubes were grown by spray pyrolysis of hexane as the source in presence ferrocene catalyst precursor on a quartz substrate. In recent work we used optimal experimental parameters for feeding method, reactor conditions, reaction temperature and time, concentration flow rate feed gas. The process chosen so to obtain nanotubes. tubes are around 15?80?nm diameter. morphology structure samples characterized x-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission microscopy analyses.
