摘要: Abstract Sarmatia is the southernmost crustal segment of East European Precambrian Craton. The Phanerozoic Dniepr-Donets Aulacogen (DDA) subdivides it into unequal halves, Ukrainian Shield in south and Voronezh Massif north. Correlation between reviewed, overall structure age-province subdivision are assessed, constraints imposed on displacement along DDA. It shown that differences trends principal basement structures, highlighted by magnetic anomalies outlining Palaeoproterozoic banded iron formations, a consequence heterogeneous Archaean-Palaeoproterozoic rather than kinematics opening Only minor right-lateral DDA has occurred. main units Shield, i.e. Azov, Middle Dniepr Ingul-Ingulets Blocks, correlate excellently with Oskol, Sumy Sevsk Blocks Massif, which allows definition three coherent Oskol-Azov, Sumy-Dniepr Sevsk-Ingulets domains. Presently available radiometric datings show these domains all have Archaean ages 3.65-3.0, 3.2-3.1 3.1-2.8 Ga, respectively. inter-domain boundaries appear largely to existed already Archaean, but were subsequently masked deformation overlain Proterozoic cover nappe piles. Amongst central eastern Sarmatia, Oskol-Azov ones been reworked substantially Palaeoproterozoic, while Domain acted as stable cratonic unit, although apparently rotating anti-clockwise 2.3 2.1 Ga ago. belts can be subdivided cratonic-margin Krivoy Rog type interior, intra-domain Oskol type. former outline Domain, latter associate NW-SE continental rifting followed zones weakness inside Domain. Bryansk Block northwestern part large Bryansk-Bragin Granulite was formed ca. 2.2 ago, extends Shield. In east, Lipetsk-Losev Volcanic Belt turbidite-schist province follow boundary Sarmatian Volgo-Uralian segments. Together, two represent orogenic environment, 2.1-2.0 age.
