摘要: Abstract 1. The equilibrium oxidation-reduction midpoint potentials of the primary acceptors purple photosynthetic bacteria Rhodopseudomonas sphaeroides, Chromatium vinosum and Rhodospirillum rubrum have been determined over a wide range pH values (pH 4.7–11.0). 2. At physiological reduction acceptor involves both an electron proton, but at higher pH, p K reduced form is titrated so that above only involved in reduction. 3. value Rps. sphaeroides approximately 10, while C . it close to 8, R 9. 4. During light-induced flow, electron, implying kinetically operational potential measured form. In C. this −160 mV, −180 R. −200 mV.
