摘要: Each year, companies will spend millions of dollars developing or migrating to new software systems in their business processes. Much the focus development and implementation has been based upon customer need (i.e., requirements), rightly so. Equally important requirements, however, are users' perceptions software. Does a user actually think piece would help them meet identified? it be easy for implement this as solution? What do people around how does that opinion affect theirs?
