摘要: Current literature in the area of Business Process Management (BPM) holds a very "mechanistic" view, focusing on top-down specified business processes and resources needed for their execution. However, such perspective neglects contribution individual employees, whose skills, experiences knowledge influence value added through process significantly. In today's knowledge-intensive world however, organizations need employees who have experience to cope with fast-changing environments requirements while performing work productively. The purpose this paper is introduce framework combine reflection BPM. This provides conceptual baseline development information systems enabling improve learning processes. Reflection reflective are seen as key concepts generate expertise context.
