摘要: Current literature in the area of Business Process Management (BPM) holds a very "mechanistic" view, focusing on top-down specified business processes and resources needed for their execution. However, such perspective neglects contribution individual employees, whose skills, experiences knowledge influence value added through process significantly. In today's knowledge-intensive world however, organizations need employees who have experience to cope with fast-changing environments requirements while performing work productively.
