摘要: Abstract Understanding what drives the regional implementation of renewable energy is a prerequisite for transitions toward post-fossil-based economy. This paper presents an empirical analysis driving factors and use energy. We tested literature-derived in comparative 18 selected study regions using Rough Set Analysis performance analysis. paid special attention to common combinations factors, which we understand as established practices concerning Our findings confirm most identified literature, example existence key actors, knowledge exchange, or goals milestones. also observe differences between highly successful less regions, especially regarding funding opportunities. The results may support policy makers who aim successfully implement at level.
