摘要: This work presents a MATLAB-based software package for high-throughput microscopy image analysis development, making such development more accessible large user community. The toolbox provides GUI and number of workflows, can serve as general framework designed to allow easy extension. For new application, only minor part the object-oriented code needs be replaced by components, efficient. makes it possible quickly develop solutions not available in existing tools.
