摘要: Abstract This article is concerned with three areas of park conservation management in the eastern Himalayas context social and cultural effects on local peoples. Conservation can be protected only when people benefit from scheme or are no longer dependent resources. Buddhist principles should embraced system to provide basis for a people-oriented development process. Material welfare spirituality not mutually exclusive but serve as based values this region.
