摘要: This study aimed to elucidate the role played by Enterobacter asburiae KE17 in growth and metabolism of soybeans during copper (100 μm Cu) zinc Zn) toxicity. When compared controls, plants grown under Cu Zn stress exhibited significantly lower rates, but inoculation with E. increased rates stressed plants. The concentrations plant hormones (abscisic acid salicylic acid) lipid peroxidation were higher heavy metal stress, while total chlorophyll, carotenoid content polyphenol concentration lower. While bacterial treatment reduced abscisic rate Cu-stressed plants, it also photosynthetic pigments polyphenol. Moreover, metals induced accumulation free amino acids such as aspartic acid, threonine, serine, glycine, alanine, leucine, isoleucine, tyrosine, proline gamma-aminobutyric metal-affected Co-treatment regulated nutrient uptake enhancing nitrogen inhibiting soybean results this suggest that mitigates effects reprogramming metabolic processes.
