摘要: Unfractionated heparin (UFH) and low-molecular weight (LMWH) are well defined anticoagulant agents. Recent data suggest that both LMWH UFH may also have potent anti-inflammatory properties; however, their mechanism of action responsible for the effect is not yet fully elucidated. This study was designed to assess on human monocytes production inflammatory markers nuclear translocation factor (NF)-kappaB. Cultured were pretreated 15 min with or (10 microg 1 microg/million cells) before stimulation lipopolysaccharide (LPS) at a dose ng/million cells. Proinflammatory cytokines tumour necrosis (TNF)-alpha, interleukin (IL)-8, IL-6 IL-1beta release subsequently measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay 6 h, proinflammatory NF-kappaB assessed 2 h. Treatment pharmacological doses significantly attenuated LPS-induced TNF-alpha, IL-8, as translocation. These results indicate equivalent significant properties low monocyte-mediated immune response. The inhibition activation certainly represents one mechanisms which exerts its effect. therefore appear potential therapeutic inhibitors inflammation.
