EFFECT OF ORGANIC AND MINERAL FERTILIZERS ON VEGETATIVE GROWTH, BULB YIELD AND QUALITY OF ONION CULTIVARS

摘要: Two year study was carried out at Gemmeiza Agriculture Research Station Farm, Gharbeia Governorate, Center, during 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 seasons to the effect of organic mineral fertilizers on vegetative growth, yield components, bulb quality \some onion cultivars. The obtained results showed that Giza 20, Red Texas Early Yellow Grano X 20 cultivars were significantly better in most studied characters both than other cultivar gave highest foliage fresh weight/plant after 120 days transplanting, bulbing ratio 90 from weight season. Mineral fertilization with 214.2 kg N + 71.4 P2O5 57.1 K2O/ha surpassed treatments resulted values seasons.. It can be concluded interaction between affected marketable yield, total culls loss percentage bulbs 4 months harvesting second
