摘要: Abstract The purpose of the present study was to explore role and mechanism extracellular ecto-5'-nucleotidase (CD73) in human colorectal cancer growth. Firstly, CD73 expression detected cell lines both at mRNA protein levels. Secondly, recombinant interference overexpression lentiviruses were used, respectively. Colony formation assay, CCK-8 assay flow cytometry used investigate impact on proliferation cycle distribution. Then, adenosine enzyme activity inhibitor (APCP) effect Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) β-catenin/cyclin D1 signaling pathways. Finally, a transplantation nude mouse model observe tumor in vivo. As results showed, highly expressed lines. promoted in vivo in vitro. activated EGFR pathways through its non-enzyme activities. All confirmed that promotes cells pathway. may be as valuable biomarker cancer.
