摘要: Strontium has been reported to have beneficial effects on bone. Treatment of laying hens, which are susceptible osteoporosis and bone fracture, with strontium increased DXA measurements BMD BMC μCT volume microarchitecture improved the mechanical performance whole bone, but had no effect estimated material properties tissue. Introduction: (Sr) dissociate remodeling positive influences formation. We supplemented diet Sr study capacity element improve integrity resistance fracture. Materials Methods: Increasing dosages (0, 3000, 4500, 6000 ppm) were fed 196 13-week-old pullets for 11 months. BMC, as measured by conventional methods, microarchitectural parameters derived from μCT, structural determined three-point bending test, studied. Calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), levels in plasma well egg output, shell quality, composition, assessed. Results: concentrations a dose-dependent manner without affecting Ca P. DXA, cortical medullary volume, trabecular thickness, number, surface, ultimate load, diaphyseal also ash content eggshells did not affect output quality. Conclusions: supplementation induced large density, radiographic methods. treatment strength tissue.
