摘要: Zatebradine is a bradycardic agent with selective effect on the pacemaker current in sinus node. The of such drugs heart rate variability not known. Thirty-six patients without structural disease were randomly assigned to receive 10 mg zatebradine i.v. (n = 24) or isotonic saline 12).
