Raman spectroscopic characterization of multiwall carbon nanotubes and of composites

摘要: In this work Raman spectroscopy was used for extensive characterization of multiwall carbon nanotube (MWNTs) and MWCNTs/rubber composites. We have measured the spectra bundled dispersed nanotubes. All bands nanotubes are seen to shift higher wavenumbers upon debundling on account less intertube interactions. Effects laser irradiation were also investigated. Strong effects observed by changing wavelength excitation. On other hand, at a given excitation wavelength, changes power density due sample heating during measurement procedure.
