摘要: The ROCO family of multidomain proteins extends across the eukaryotes, and has been implicated in numerous cellular processes. Following description mutations causing PD (Parkinson's disease) a human representative family, LRRK2 (leucine-rich repeat kinase 2), great deal research carried out into these proteins. This review examines published data regarding roles are thought to play cell processes, how structure domain organization relates their function.
