摘要: textabstractUsing resident peritoneal macrophages, this study was focussed on the activating role of endogenous leukotrienes in regulation macrophage antitumor cytostatic activity response to inflammatory stimuli. Inhibitors and inducers leukotrienes synthesis were used to modulate antitumor cytostatic function to identify essential leukotriene(s) enzymes involved in inhibition tumor cell growth by activated macrophages. Induction high modulation of leukotriene biosynthesis might represent an efficient immunotherapeutic tool. - The main aim present work study the possible interrelationship between induction antitumor cytostasis production prostanoids by murine macrophages stimulated with calcium ionophore A23187. A method separation velocity sed~mentation adapted for obtaining macrophage-enriched preparations from macrophage population
