摘要: Modulation by verapamil of hormonal action on the Henle's loop mice. In order to know role cytosolic calcium in modulation hormone sodium chloride transport across thick ascending limbs loop, we examined whether verapamil, a blocker cellular entry, can modulate effects arginine vasopressin (AVP) or glucagon stimulating transepithelial voltage (Vt) and cyclic AMP generation mouse medullary limb (MAL). The pretreatment renal tubule with 5 × 10 -5 M reduced Vt stimulated 200 µU/mliter AVP from 1.7 ± 0.3 mV 0.4 (N = 7, P -3 dibutyril AMP. MAL also inhibited 72.1 17.9 50.6 13.6 fmoles/mm/7 min -4 respectively. When was added medium simultaneously AVP, unaffected. (from 2.0 0.2 0.9 mV, N=7, -6 glucagon. From these observations, conclude that inhibits actions glucagon, enhancing mainly reducing
