摘要: The acid-base properties of nanoscopic water confined in the black soap films (BSFs), which were prepared from aqueous solutions sodium dodecylsulphate (SDS) with dye neutral red (NR) as a pH probe, investigated using combination UV-vis and FTIR spectroscopy. For SDS micellar at 1.0-9.5 adjusted HCl/NaOH 9.4 ammonium buffered solution, core thicknesses corresponding BSFs ranged 2.7 to 6.2 nm, nanoscopically exhibits unusual buffer action resistant not only acidic/alkaline but also standard solution. In heavily water-depleted zones, it is most likely that charge pairs proton-transfer reactions could be formed effectively proton transfer was prohibited absence sufficient solvating ability. Theoretical analyzes indicated originated confinement effect two charged surfaces BSFs. These results might inspire deeper understanding further studies biobuffering, enzyme superactivity, acid-catalyzed reactions, Nafion fuel cell membranes.
