摘要: The objective of this study, for the first time, was to optimize Amazonian cyanobacterial culture conditions improving cell productivity and lipid content, by analyzing effect light intensity nitrogen concentration, empirically evaluating biodiesel quality parameters. strains Synechocystis sp. CACIAM05, Microcystis aeruginosa CACIAM08, Pantanalinema rosaneae CACIAM18, Limnothrix CACIAM25, were previously identified morphological molecular analysis (16S rRNA) selected based on their production chlorophyll a dry weight. Then, factorial planning (22) with central points applied, NaNO3 concentration as independent variables. As response variables, content determined. Statistical indicated that all strains, variables statistically significant productivity. Analysis fatty acid composition demonstrated diversity in profile from experimental assays each strain. Biodiesel Analyzer software predicted CACIAM05 CACIAM25 obtained better parameters low levels whereas CACIAM08 CACIAM18 concentrations high luminous intensity.
