摘要: The quantitative distribution and relationships of picocyanobacteria viruses were studied in the mesotrophic Sheksna mesoeutrophic Rybinsk reservoirs belonging to system Volga-Baltic Waterway. share sum biomass production phytoplankton decreased along with increase productivity waterbody. However, abundance virioplankton increased such conditions. extent infection by phages virus-induced mortality two times higher on average reservoir compared one: 14 7% number picocyanobacteria, 21 11% daily respectively. Mortality resulted from lysis (up 52% picocyanobacteria) at local parts where water was blooming affected communal pollution.
