摘要: Interpenetrating networks of organic and inorganic semiconductors are attractive for photovoltaic cells because electron transfer between the two splits excitons. In this paper we show that films titania with a uniform distribution pore sizes can be made using block copolymer as structure-directing agent, 33 % total volume film filled semiconducting polymer.
