摘要: The problems of derivative gas chromatography the alkanolamines have been discussed. It has demonstrated that difficulties direct GC, inherent in high adsorption affinity and strong retentive interaction this class compounds with silaceous supports stationary liquids, can be overcome by using organic polymer beads, having weakly interacting surface. From a short column containing Tenax-GC under programmed temperature conditions, better than base line resolution three ethanolamines achieved less 8 minutes, as against about an hour GC several hours chemical methods, based on amine functionality. Elution properties, such retention index its coefficient, determined for ethanolamines. A boric acid precolumn is reported first time to completely subtract alkanolamines. relative response factors, which are required precision analysis, found make interesting comparison their derivatives.
