摘要: The purpose of this investigation was to determine the impact different methods carrying book bags on static posture and gait kinematics youths aged 11-13 years. Surveys identified group descriptive characteristics subjects bags. Ten representing best composite mean population were filmed for both dynamic conditions one stride length. Subjects participated in four conditions: without bag (WO), one-strap backpack (1BP), two-strap (2BP), athletic (ATH). Lateral spinal deviation not significantly between 2BP WO. However, differences (+/-SE) observed 1BP (8.5 +/- 0.7 degrees) ATH (8.3 2.4 as compared with WO (1.9 0.5 degrees). Shoulder elevation from a horizontal position showed no difference 2BP. Without (2.0 0.9 (17.6 1.8 (15.6 2.1 also (3.4 1.1 Bag decreased length (1.59 0.04 m) increased frequency (57.36 1.6 cycles/min) (1.72 0.06 m; 54.64 1.2 cycles/min, respectively), thereby reducing support phase gait. One-strap (1BP, ATH) promoted lateral bending shoulder elevation, while reduced these stresses. greater angular motion head trunk Carrying 2BP) significant forward lean or In conclusion, daily physical stresses associated alters youth.
