摘要: A novel simultaneous nitrification denitrification and phosphorous removal-sequencing batch reactor (SNDPR-SBR) enriched with PAOs (phosphorus accumulating organisms), DPAOs (denitrifying PAOs), GAOs (glycogen organisms) at the ratio of 2:1:1 was developed to achieve nutrient carbon removal treating domestic wastewater low carbon/nitrogen (≤3.5). The SNDPR system operated for 120 days extended anaerobic stage (3 h) short aerobic oxygen concentration (2.5 sludge retention time (SRT) 10.9 d hydraulic (HRT) 14.6 h. results showed that stable operating stage, average effluent chemical demand (COD) PO4(3-)-P concentrations were 47.2 0.2 mg L(-1), respectively, total nitrogen (TN) efficiency 77.7%, SND reached 49.3%. Extended strengthened intracellular (mainly poly-β-hydroxybutyrate, PHB) storage, efficiently utilized organic substances in wastewater, provided sufficient sources phosphorus uptake without external addition. Short (dissolved (DO): 1 ± 0.3 L(-1)) achieved a concurrence nitrification, endogenous denitrification, denitrifying uptake, saved about 65% energy consumption aeration. Microbial community analysis demonstrated P mainly performed by while N carried out (DGAOs), even though also participated both removal.
