摘要: Las Peonias Lagoon is a shelter for many tropical species and an alternative source of water the human population. This paper explains spatiotemporal dynamics surface quality in lagoon, based on its physicochemical bacteriological characteristics. 16 sample collection campaigns were conducted at 10 study sites to this end, including main sources: Iragorri Fenix ravines, Araguato channel (exchange Maracaibo lake), from September 2013 2016, during high low tides. In general, no significant differences (p >0.05) observed magnitudes 22 parameters analyzed, concerning tidal patterns lake. The concentrations organic matter (bod cod), total nitrogen phos- phorus 0.20-22.88 mg/l; 5.25-2074.07 0.52-17.37 mg/l 0.75-11.49 mg/l, accordingly; typical values hypereutrophic ecosystems. Total fecal coliform bacterial densities 3.01- 2.40×104 nmp/100 ml; therefore, they do not meet permissible limits Venezuelan regulation recreational waters (partial contact). Water inputs through ravine determined spatial variability quality, while temporal dynam- ics influenced by rainfall, mainly toward end period (August 2016). work contributes ecological understanding ecosystem, laying foundations environmental recovery development resource management plans.
