摘要: Objective To determine whether in fetuses with open spina bifida at 11–13 weeks' gestation the frontomaxillary facial angle is decreased. Methods The was measured 20 and 100 normal controls matched for crown–rump length (CRL) 11 + 0 to 13 6 weeks values two groups were compared. Results In control group decreased significantly CRL from a mean of 84.0° 45 mm 76.5° 84 (SD, 3.26°). In angle, corrected CRL, 9.9° lower than it below 5th centile 18 (90%) cases (P < 0.0001).
