摘要: Food composition data are very relevant to any study of human nutrition. An important consideration is the control quality, which ensures reliability information. It not enough have just but their quality has be evaluated. The analytical results will considered unreliable if there a clear and accurate program control. dietary fibre (DF) was chosen as model with purpose applying USDA criteria used for evaluation selenium, copper carotenoids. reason this choice lack about nutrient, because role DF plays in prevention chronic diseases. Dietary were graded through standardized questions decision pathways developed categories listed follows: number samples, sampling plan, sample handling, method From these confidence code (CC) established Brazilian foods could graded. CC obtained 180 29% codes A B (considerable reasonable confidence) 71% C (reduced confidence).
