摘要: Purpose. The aim of this study was to estimate the molecular state salicylamide on surface mesoporous silicas and investigate dissolution behavior from solid dispersion. Methods. Folded sheets material (FSM-16) were used as a porous material. estimated by powder X-ray diffractometry, infrared spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy. Results. can be changed simple blending with FSM-16. When physical mixture 25% 75% FSM-16 heated at 120°C for 3 h, amorphization observed diffraction pattern. emission peak 433.5 nm shifted longer wavelength 447.5 after heating. Changes in decay curve suggested that molecules dispersed into hexagonal channels during heating process. Enhanced initial stage sealed sample comparison crystals. Conclusions. Heat treatment gave dispersion which an amorphous adsorption onto channels. Amorphization contributed improvement dissolution.
