摘要: Carbon dioxide (optimum concentration c. 1.0%) is essential to the initiation of growth in suspension culture or on agar plates cultured sycamore cells. By effective flushing cultures with CO2 -free air it possible demonstrate this requirement initial cell densities up 50 × 103 cells ml-1 . This growth-promoting activity carbon not related any effect may have pH medium. The fix applied into organic and amino acids but attempts replace by non-toxic levels been successful.
