摘要: Isolated rat islets were maintained in vitro a simple perifusion system and the rate of insulin secretion was throughout period perifusion. Exposure perifused to alloxan (20 mg. per cent) for five minutes produced complete inhibition subsequent glucose-induced with retention basal secretion. Glucose, mannose 3-0 methyl glucose provided or almost protection from inhibitory effect on release.
