摘要: The aim of the cohort retrospective study was to analyze and evaluate influence certain factors (age, profession, smoking) on characteristics incidence rate upper respiratory tract diseases (URTDs) in occupational contact with ammonium. Subjects were 180 men, divided into 3 professional groups. average shift concentrations ammonium measured permanent work places individually by personal passive dosemeters. URTDs classified 15 groups according localization stage inflammatory process. relationships "time-response" "dose (concentration)-response" determined. factor "cumulative exposure" used order actual noxious effect NH3 mucose (URT). There a statistically reliable difference found atrophic rhinitis, hypertrophic pharyngitis laryngitis, neoplasms URT workers highest cumulative exposure. For this group relative risk 4.00, 2.22, 3.20 respectively, 95% Cl. gives best proofs for toxic possibility assessment risk.
