Surgery for hepatoblastoma in children.

摘要: The survival of children with hepatoblastoma, the most common malignant tumor liver in children, has improved dramatically over past 20 years. This progress been made advances surgical technique and chemotherapy, primarily adriamycin cisplatin. Despite these advances, those patients who present advanced disease have unsatisfactory survival. Continued refinement surgery as well use new techniques such chemoembolization, immunotherapy, molecular biology, should lead to disease.
